TERMS & CONDITIONS

Lead instructor Tom Nguyen flies back internationally to Los Angeles once a month to teach our classes, so his availability is very limited and there are significant costs and travel time invested ahead of time for our classes.

Due to high demand for our services and his limited availability, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

If you give us adequate notice of cancellation, your payment will be honored as a credit good for 1 year towards rescheduling your class with us.

GROUP LESSONS:

Due to overwhelming demand for our group lessons during these times, we are trying to accommodate as many people as possible. We go out of our way to provide a safe and comfortable learning environment, by reserving our own secure, safe private bay away from the general public. 

Because our class dates are set a year in advance, in order to reserve the private bays, especially for weekend classes, when they are in most demand, if you cancel last minute, you are jeopardizing our ability as a minority owned small business to run at full capacity and your empty seat could've gone to another paying customer. 

If you must cancel, you agree to let us know at least 7 days in advance of your lesson, so we can make your time slot and resources available to others.

If you request cancellation/rescheduling for yourself or your party less than 7 days before your lesson, there will be a $100 rescheduling fee per person.

Because we are a minority owned small business that invests a significant number of resources, planning and preparation before every lesson, if you do not give us enough notice of cancellation or are a no-show, you have deprived us of a paying customer who could've taken the spot on our busy calendar specifically set aside for you.

If you cancel less than 24 hours or are a no-show on the day of the lesson, you forfeit your payment and/or credit with us and will need to pay full price again to rebook your lesson.

Any credit with us must be used within 1 year from being issued and cannot be honored past 1 year.

CCW TRAINING:

It is your responsibility to check that our training is accepted by your issuing agency. It is also your responsibility to know where in your CCW permit application process you are, in order to take the required CCW training.

There is a significant amount of time and resources invested, and documents and training certificates prepared for your attendance in our CCW class, which we teach privately so you get our undivided attention. 

If you book training and later need to cancel your attendance, there is a fee:

- Refunds are only possible if requested at least 7 days before 1st day of training, before staffing and resources have already been dedicated to your attendance. A cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund: $150 for initial applicants, $100 for renewal applicants.

- If you cancel less than 7 days before 1st day of training, there is a rescheduling fee: $150 for initial applicants, $100 for renewal applicants 

- If you cancel less than 24 hours or are a no-show on the day of our training, you forfeit your payment and any credit with us and will need to pay full price again to rebook your training.

We are not a pay-to-pass training facility and our CCW training is not to teach you how to shoot, or vastly improve your accuracy.

Our CCW training is to prepare you for the serious responsibility of carrying a gun in public. Our job is to teach you advanced shooting skills required for such a high responsibility, and record whether you pass or fail the standard proficiency requirements of your agency, with your current skills.

The qualification standards are readily available from each agency and we can provide them to you before your training.
